For US Orders: Enjoy free standard shipping across most of the continental U.S. on orders over $150 (after promotions and discounts are applied). For orders under $150, a weight-based shipping fee via UPS or FedEx will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we currently do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.


For International Orders: Cave Canem partners with UPS, DHL, and FedEx for international shipping. Currently, we do not offer free shipping for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the parcel’s weight and destination. Below is an estimated shipping cost for a 3lb package in our customized box. Actual costs and delivery times may vary based on the shipping provider and destination.

  • Canada: $20, 1-2 business days
  • United Kingdom: $45, 2-3 business days
  • France: $50, 2-3 business days
  • Japan: $50, 2-3 business days
  • PRC: $55, 2-4 business days
  • Hong Kong: $50, 3 business days

Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once we receive your order, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process and prepare it for shipment. If you haven't received a tracking number yet, rest assured we're still working on getting your parcel ready for dispatch. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with tracking details to keep you updated on its journey.

Please note that due to the busy holiday season, you may notice a slight increase in processing/shipping times. Not to worry though, we are working hard to get all orders shipped as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and kindness.

If you are not home, the driver will leave the package at your door or with your door man.

Sorry, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses at this time, and we are only shipping to the contiguous U.S. for US orders.

If your order has already been dispatched, we will make every effort to work with the shipping carrier to redirect the package, though we cannot guarantee a successful redirection while it’s in transit. Please note that Cave Canem is not responsible for additional costs that may arise, such as re-delivery fees, return shipping costs if the package is undeliverable, or interception fees to redirect the package. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a satisfactory resolution.

When shipping outside the U.S. to countries like Switzerland, the UK, or Iceland, your order may be subject to customs clearance fees, import duties, and other local charges at the destination country’s borders. We are legally required to declare the full value of your shipment. Please be aware that customs and import processes are beyond our control, and Cave Canem cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or delays caused by these procedures.


All international customers are responsible for covering any customs and import duties applicable in their country. These fees vary by country and region and are to be paid by the customer. If you choose to refuse the shipment due to import duties or taxes, the parcel will be returned to Cave Canem. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost and a restocking fee from your refund.

Unfortunately, adding or removing items is not possible once the order is confirmed. The same counts for changing size, color etc. We can try to cancel the entire order and request you place a new order online with the correct products.

Yes, if you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer care team as soon as possible, we recommend canceling promptly to avoid processing delays. We also suggest cancelling your order if you have ordered an item by mistake.


If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation won’t be possible. Instead, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then return it to request a refund. Please note that certain items, due to hygiene considerations, are not eligible for return. Review our Return Policy for more details.


If you need your items urgently, we suggest placing a new order before returning the incorrect items for a refund.
