No, discount codes cannot be combined and have no cash value. Only one promo code can be applied per order.

Unfortunately, we cannot apply a promo code after an order has been placed.
Once the promo code has expired, or the offer is discontinued, we cannot offer extensions or rainchecks. Promo codes must be redeemed before 11:59pm EST on the last day of the promo period.

Account Management
You can reset your password with a few steps if you happen to forget it. On the log-in screen, click “Forgot Password?” then enter your email address. You should receive an email from us with a link to reset. If you are still having trouble, reach out to info@cavecanempet.com for help!
To access your account, click on the account icon in the top-right corner of the main navigation, located between the search and shopping bag icons. On the login screen, enter your email address and password, ensuring both are spelled correctly.
And voilà! You’re now logged in and can easily view, edit, and manage your orders.
Product Information
If the item you're interested in is currently out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it’s back. Simply enter your email address in the notification field on the product page. If more stock becomes available, you’ll receive an email alert.
Please note that signing up for a notification does not reserve the item, nor does it guarantee that it will return to stock.
Unfortunately, we are not able to place items on back order to be shipped at a later date at this time. If you have placed an order for a product that has sold out, our customer service team will contact you directly as soon as possible to ensure a refund can be arranged for you.
